Debra Good-Zeiner RN, BSN, CLNC is the founder and President of Medical Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC. In over 30 years as a professional nurse, Debra has established a diverse background in fields such as: Emergency, Neurosurgery, Critical Care, Rehabilitation, School Nursing, Case Management, and Administrative Management. Her unique qualifications include:

Created, established, and managed the first and only Neuro-Trauma Unit in Lancaster County.
Experience encompassing the arc of Neuro-Trauma: from E.R. to Neuro-Trauma Intensive Care and then Rehabilitation of Brain-Injured adults.
Management expertise in community and healthcare organizations including: bylaw, policy, and procedure development, staff hiring and training, financial and development planning, and board leadership.
